PROJECT PATH TOWARDS QUALITY

INTERVENTION AREA: 02.02.01

 

  • IPSS are confronted nowadays;

  • With leaderships that are maladjusted to the demands of the organizations and their teams;

  • With a lack of accuracy at planning, organization and control functions;

  • With a defective culture as regards working in partnership ;

  • With the need of diversification of financing sources;

  • With the lack of openness to the new Technologies of Information and Communication on the part of some organizations;

  • With a defective personnel policy;

  • With the insufficiency of training actions that will guarantee the acquisition and actualization of competences;

  • With the absence of referential models of quality and good practices;

  • With a defective culture of evaluation;

  • With a Work Collective Convention, maladjusted and with insufficient inducement to the staff of IPSS;

ACTION 3 - Dissemination


Having in mind a dissemination as wide as possible of these 3 Products, already tested and validated, Elo Social has organized the establishment of a new Partnership, with the participation as well of  IAS-Açores , CNIS, Humanitas and APEE.

Among other activities, we intend to develop:

  • Actions of Dissemination, Workshops/Display of Products

  • Training Actions

Programmed Training Actions about Referential Models to the Promotion of Quality:

  • Northern Region, Porto: Days 28/04; 06/05 ; 09/05

  • Central Region, Coimbra: Days 16/05; 20/05; 27/05

  • Southern Region, Évora: Days 30/05; 03/06; 06/06

  • Lisbon, Elo Social: Days 17/06; 20/06; 24/06

  • Azores, Ponta Delgada: Days 07/07; 08/07; 09/07

Final Seminar:

The Last Seminary of “ Project  Equal- a Path Towards Quality” will take place on November the 26th ,2008, in the Auditorium of the  Sacavém Museum of Ceramics, at the housing estate  Real Forte .
